Rhythmic Gymnastics | Modern Dance
Two modalities that at our school we like to be complementary. Rhythmic gymnastics challenges and develops students' flexibility, motor coordination and balance while working with devices such as balls, ribbons and hoops. In the Modern Dance class, students develop creative choreographies following the theme proposed by the teacher. In these choreographies, in addition to developing classical dance technique, students explore body expression, musicality, cooperation with other elements and artistic expression.
Svetlana Belianina
In 1986, completed choreography course at the University of Culture, covering traditional, contemporary dances, ballet and ballroom dancing. Since then, gained experience in Saint Petersburg, where worked with students aged 4 to 25, putting on shows and winning prizes in international competitions.
Since 2014, have been teaching dance (classical ballet, creative and contemporary ballet) and rhythmic gymnastics at Associação Luel, where promote the talent of children aged 3 to 17 in soirees and shows.
More recently, in July 2025, she attended and completed the “Specialization Course in Choreographic Construction”, taught by the Portuguese Gymnastics Federation.
Her passion is to inspire the next generation of dance and gymnastics artists by celebrating expression through movement.

Enrollment is done at FORM for the purpose. The student can try the first class free of charge. Just show up at the location at the scheduled time.
Enrollment costs €10. When registering, you must also pay the annual fee of €15.
This quota includes personal accident insurance, that is mandatory and renewable every year in the month of enrollment.
After registering, you will receive a message and email with payment details. This information may take up to 72 hours, so we ask that you register in time before the second class.
