Coming from the greek word "theatrón", the word theater means "a place for seeing". A place for the performing arts to take place in the form of acting through the representation of stories for a public to see. An artistic combination of gestures, sound, music, scenery and speech.
The importance of drama and theater classes relies not only, but also, on its contribution in developing the individual’s soft skills.
These lessons provide cognitive abilities such as memorisation skills, interpretation skills, improvising skills and social problem solving skills. It enhances and evolves imagination, listening to others, language and thought. On the other hand, it allows its students to also develop physically by working on balance, elasticity, resistance and movement control. Acting students personal growth enriches by them being teached about self-control/actions/reactions in social and individual situations.
The shared experiences lived in class and in rehearsal/presentations will allow students to know better about themselves, to develop their own personalities and to learn how to fight their fear and anxieties.
By starting early in amateur stages, builds up 20 years of experience in the field, accumulating acting skills and teaching techniques shared by her former mentors.
Have worked and acted in local, national and international Theater Festivals, never detaching from the importance of the teaching role of her teachers and mentors and from the importance of the Performing Arts in hers and her peer’s education and growth.
Has her degree in Performing Arts by the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon, finalizing it in Theater and Actor Directing in Spain by the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramatico de Madrid and in the end leading her training in the teaching scene at the acting school ACT - Escola de Actores.

Enrollment is done at FORM for the purpose. The student can try the first class free of charge. Just show up at the location at the scheduled time.
Enrollment costs €10. When registering, you must also pay the annual fee of €15.
This quota includes personal accident insurance, that is mandatory and renewable every year in the month of enrollment.
