A class aimed at those who want to maintain their physical capacity. Based on aerobic movements and localized gymnastics, this class allows participants to maintain their strength and agility.
Leanne Poundall
Leanne started dancing at age 3 and graduated from the prestigious "Elmhurst Ballet School" at age 18. She traveled the world as a professional dancer before founding her own company in 1992.
Currently, Leanne focuses her efforts in Portugal, choreographing and managing shows across the Algarve. Additionally, she teaches dance daily to adults and children and is also qualified as a beauty therapist.

Enrollment is done at FORM for the purpose. The student can try the first class free of charge. Just show up at the location at the scheduled time.
Enrollment costs €10. When registering, you must also pay the annual fee of €15.
This quota includes personal accident insurance, that is mandatory and renewable every year in the month of enrollment.
After registering, you will receive a message and email with payment details. This information may take up to 72 hours, so we ask that you register in time before the second class.
